Watermelon Smoothie

Vitamin C Smoothie
- 3 cups of watermelon
- 1 cup cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 cups of ice
Blend everything together and enjoy a large dose of vitamin C!
Limey Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups watermelon – chopped
- 1 1/2 cups honeydew melon – chopped
- 2 limes — juice only
- 1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
Blend everything and enjoy the taste of watermelon with a hint of lime. Refreshing!
Plain Old Watermelon
- 2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
In a blender , combine the watermelon, ice, yogurt, sugar, and ginger.
Blend until smooth.
Serves 2.
