Tropical Fruit Salsa




Looking for a nice side dish with burgers for your next summer barbecue? This tropical fruit salsa is the perfect dish!

If you're looking for some new papaya recipes, this is one to add to your collection.



What you need:

  • 1 medium ripe mango, peeled, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh chopped mint

What you do:

Combine all ingredients and gently toss to coat; cover and set aside.

Refrigerate any remaining salsa.
