Sunrise Spread


Wake up to a yummy, fresh, sunrise spread. So quick to make, you can enjoy it fresh everyday (or on the weekends if your mornings tend to be rushed).



This is one of the very tasty plum and peach recipes for sugar free jam. Enjoy!



What you need:

  • 3 cups diced fresh California peaches and plums
  • sunrise spread peaches and plums
  • 1/3 cup 100% berry juice
  • 1 tbsp finely grated orange peel
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

What you do:

Put everything in a blender or food processor and mix until combined.

Pour mixture into a 9 inch microwave safe dish.

Microwave on HIGH, uncovered, for 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.

Cool and serve with toast or crusty bread.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
