Raspberry Tart
One of the easy raspberry desserts and raspberry recipes, this
raspberry tart looks as pretty as it is good to eat.
What you need:
1 fully baked tart shell 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch 4 cups raspberries
What you do: Bake tart shell, then let cool. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, orange juice and cornstarch. Heat over medium to high heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and uncloudy. Remove from heat, and place mixture in the tart shell. Place raspberries on top, gently pressing them into the orange juice mixture. Place in refrigerator at least one hour to chill.
