Raspberry Cream Muffins
Black Raspberry Cream Muffins
These raspberry muffins are great as a snack, dessert, or to serve to guests. One of our favorite raspberry recipes.
What you need:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups black raspberries
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
What you do:
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add berries and gently toss.
Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400º F for 20 - 25 minutes or until muffins test done (use a toothpick or wooden skewer).
