Peach Jam
Peach jam with jello? You bet! That's what makes this wonderfully easy recipe set. 
What you need: - 4 cups mashed peaches
- 1 ground orange
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (4 to 6 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries chopped, with juice
- 1- 3oz pkg. orange jello
What you do: Combine mashed peaches, orange, sugar and cherries. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello; stir thoroughly. Pour in sterilized jars and seal. Makes 3 1/2 pints. *It isn't recommended that you double this, or any jam recipe. If you want to make a larger batch, you'll have to do this one twice. What happens if you don't? Your jam won't set properly and will end up very watery. It will still taste good though!
