Peach Ice Cream

If you like home made ice cream, try this yummy peach ice cream, a nice peach recipe and one of the nice peach desserts on a hot summer day.

Ice cream maker
5 - 7 peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cut peaches into thin slices (remove skin).

Put 1/2 of the slices into food processor and puree.

Mix sugar and milk in saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cream.

Put pureed peaches and rest of sliced peaches into an ice cream maker. Follow instructions on ice cream maker.

Ice cream can also be made with a pint of strawberries or raspberries.
