Kiwi Puree
If you're looking to add to your kiwi recipes, puree recipes or liqueur recipes, this kiwi puree can be added to all three.
What you need:6 kiwi fruit 1 cup sugar 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp melon liqueur
What you do: Peel and slice kiwi, save 8 slices to use as a garnish. In food processor , blend kiwi and sugar until smooth. In bowl, mix cream, vanilla and liqueur, whip until stiff. Fold in kiwi mixture. Spoon into glasses. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with kiwi slices. About 8 servings.
