Kiwi Coulis
If you're looking for a new recipe to use your kiwi fruit, this kiwi coulis is a fairly easy dessert recipe to try.
What you need:
4 kiwi fruit 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 1/4 cup cornstarch
What you do: Peel kiwi and cut into pieces. Put pieces and sugar in saucepan, add water. Cook to simmer over medium heat. Strain and discard seeds. Put liquid back in pan. Mix cornstarch with a little water, whisk into saucepan mixture. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened. Chill. Use within 2 weeks.
