These simple steps will have you snacking on fresh pineapple in no time!
Place the pineapple on its side on a cutting board and cut off the top.
Cut off the bottom of the pineapple, then stand it on its newly cut, flat bottom.
Cut the skin off of the sides in strips, until all of the skin is removed.
Wipe off your cutting surface.
Make four cuts, all around the core, to remove the fruit.
Slice pineapple into lengths, and then into cubes, if desired.
If you have any leftovers, they can be kept in an air-tight container (plastic Ziplock or similar) for about 3 days in the refrigerator.
