Grilled Salmon Recipe
A grilled salmon recipe is nice in the summer time. A side of salsa complements the fish.
Salmon and a delicious fruit salsa recipe go very well together. Homemade salsa makes the meal more special!
What you need:
Salmon filets
3/4 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
What you do:
Mix the pineapple, blueberries, raisins, onions, vinegar, cilantro and orange juice.
Start the grill. Use your favorite marinade on the salmon. Here's one to try: lemon juice, salt, black papper and olive oil.
Grill salmon at least 5 minutes per side. However, depending on how hot your grill is - and how thick the salmon is - it might be done sooner. Keep a check on it.
Remove from grill and spoon the salsa over top.
