Golden Fruit Salad
A golden fruit salad for fruit lovers. With apples, bananas, grapes and yogurt, it's a healthy addition to a meal or as a meal itself.
The is a nice healthy fruit salad for breakfast to take the place of a smoothie some mornings.
What you need:
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 - 3 tablespoons orange juice
- A dash of nutmeg
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced
- 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup red grapes, seeded and halved
What you do:
Combine yogurt, orange juice, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine fruit.
Serve with dressing on salad plates lined with or without lettuce.
Serves 3.
