Go bananas breakfast smoothie

What you need:
1 banana
2 dessert spoons of soya yoghurt
7 hulled strawberries
Approx. 1/3 cup of apple juice
Tiny drizzle of strawberry ice cream sauce (optional decorative)
What you do:
Chop banana roughly into 1 inch pieces (remove the hard ends), add soya yoghurt
Cut strawberries roughly into quarters and add the apple juice - add more apple juice if preferred runnier. Blend thoroughly.
Squeeze a tiny amount of ice cream sauce around the rim of a clear glass and leave for a short while to let it drizzle down the sides, then pour in the mixture.
