Gingered Fruit Salad
The gingered fruit salad is a perfect addition to any meal.
Good tasting healthy food snacks are sometimes hard to find but fruit salads make having a healthy snack easier.
Great for an after school snack for the kids, or a pick me up afternoon treat at the office.
What you need:
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry halves
- 1 cup vanilla or peach yogurt
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
What you do:
Mix fruit together in a bowl.
In a seperate bowl, combine yogurt, brown sugar and ginger with wisk until well blended.
Pour over the fruit.
Serves 8.
