Fruit Yogurt

A favorite among many children. So creamy and smooth, fruit yogurt is great for breakfast, as a snack, or just about any other time! We eat a lot of it in the course of just one week; my boys can never get enough!

What you need:

  • 1/3 cup mixed fruit (bananas, peaches, berries...)
  • 2 tsp frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla OR almond extract
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt or make your own

What you do:

  • Chop or puree fruit to desired consistency
  • Add fruit and flavourings to the yogurt, stir to combine
  • Serve, or cover and store in the fridge until later (it will keep for a day)

Makes enough for 2 small children
