Grilled Fruit With Dip and Glaze
This grilled fruit with dip recipe - one of our favorite apple, cantaloupe and banana recipes - is easy to make, fun to grill and delicious to eat.
Served with a cream cheese fruit dip, your family will be wanting lots more.
Grilled Fruit Plus Dip and Glaze
What you need:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sliced red pear
- 1 sliced red apple
- 1/2 sliced cantaloupe
- 2 sliced bananas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
What you do:
Dip In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and honey. Set aside.
Glaze In a small bowl, combine melted butter and honey. Set aside.
Slice pear, apple, cantaloupe and bananas into large pieces.
In a large bowl, combine fruit and desired amount of glaze.
Toss gently.
Place fruit slices onto a medium grill, and grill fruit until grill marks appear, about one minute.
Remove from grill and place on a serving platter.
Serve with cream cheese dip.
Makes 4 servings.
