Fruit Dip Recipes

If you're trying to eat a little healthier, fruit dip recipes with some sliced fresh fruit are a nice anytime snack. Dips are enjoyed all over the world, and in many different forms.



Children love fruit dip because it is interactive, and they get to choose how much is used - plus, it's something that can be eaten with their hands! Anything that doesn't require a fork to be eaten has to be good!

What you need:

  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • What you do:

    Put all ingredients in to the blender. Blend until smooth.

    Makes a pretty pink fruit dip which is very kid friendly. Plus your kids are getting the vitamins in the fresh strawberries.

    Adults will love it, too for a quick breakfast, office lunch snack or before bedtime snack!
