Cranberry Orange Muffins
Yummy cranberry orange muffins are a favorite for many among the cranberry recipes.

What you need:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cups pre-packaged biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup orange yogurt (can substitute vanilla yogurt)
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
What you do:
Beat eggs, yogurt and orange juice together. Add mixture to biscuit mix. Stir until completely combined.
Gently fold in cranberries. Line muffin cups with muffin paper or lightly grease. Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
