Cranberry Muffins
Cranberry Muffins are a nice alternative to blueberry or banana nut muffins.
One of the delicious cranberry recipes great warm and with coffee or tea. Take to work as a mid morning snack or enjoy in the morning before school or work.
What you need: - 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup cranberries; fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 medium egg
- Pinch of salt
What you do: Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine all of the remaining wet ingredients, except for the cranberries. Add liquid mixture to the dry mixture and stir until moistened. Fold in the cranberries. Fill sprayed muffin cups almost full. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
