Chocolate Dip

The scrumptious chocolate dip - one of the tasty chocolate recipes - lets you enjoy healthy fruit (and the vitamins in fruits) with a side of very tasty sauce.

Go ahead and celebrate your birthday, anniversary or a family and friends' get together with chocolate strawberries, pretzels and your other favorites.

What you need:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • chocolate dip strawberry on a bar of chocolate
  • 2 ounces sugar
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 2 pounds white OR dark chocolate

What you do:

  • In a non-reactive double boiler set over medium-low heat, bring the cream, sugar, and butter to a boil.
  • Chop the chocolate into small chunks - a serrated knife works best for this.
  • Add the chocolate chunks to the cream mixture in the double boiler, whisking, until it is melted and incorporated into the cream.
  • Keep mixture warm in a fondue pot.

Use strawberries, bananas, pineapples, apples, pretzels, etc. for dipping.
