Cherry Smoothies


Cherry recipes for refreshing cherry smoothies.

Enjoy a smoothie for breakfast, lunch or a mid afternoon snack at the office.

Fresh cherries are a good item to pick up at the grocery store when they are in season.



They're also great for a summer backyard barbecue or a party with friends.

Try the different smoothies to see which one is your favorite and enjoy as a meal itself or in addition to a salad.



cherry smoothie with orange and cherry Cherry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 very ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries
  • 1 cup skim milk

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


Cherry Cantaloupe Smoothie

  • 1/2 cantaloupe (peeled, seeded, and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup apple or apricot juice
  • 2 - 3 pitted cherries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth texture.
