Cherry Banana Smoothie
- 1 very ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries
- 1 cup skim milk
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Cherry Cantaloupe Smoothie
- 1/2 cantaloupe (peeled, seeded, and sliced)
- 1/2 cup apple or apricot juice
- 2 - 3 pitted cherries
- 1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
- 3 - 4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth texture.
