Blueberry Smoothies
Ahhh, blueberry smoothies! Enjoy these refreshing blueberry recipes.
Triple Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup low fat vanilla soymilk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Summer in a Glass
- 1⁄2 cup of sliced strawberries
- 2 apples peeled, cut and with seeds removed
- 1⁄2 cup of blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup of peaches
- 3⁄4 cup of natural apple juice
- 3⁄4 cup of natural orange juice
Put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth texture.
Blueberry Peach Smoothie
- 6 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 5-6 ice cubes
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Easy Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 8 oz fat free yogurt
- milk to thin
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie
2 cups chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup chilled pineapple orange juice, or pineapple orange strawberry juice
1 8 ounce carton vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
Put everything in blender. Blend until smooth.
