Blueberry Peach Pie
Try this blueberry peach pie, a favorite blueberry pie recipe. It's one of the nice blueberry desserts over the summer and one of the tasty peach pie recipes.
What you need:
1 prepared pie crust 4 or 5 peaches 2 cups blueberries 1 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp butter, softened
What you do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove peach skins. Cut in half, remove pits and slice into smaller pieces. In bowl, mix together blueberries, peach slices, sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour. Pour into pie crust. Drizzle a little butter over top, then place a top crust on and crimp edges if desired. Be sure to make some holes in the top of the crust. Bake at least 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
