Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

A blueberry cobbler recipe - one of the tasty blueberry desserts to enjoy any time with a favorite hot or cold beverage.



This blueberry recipe gives you a nice bit of antioxidants in each bite.



What you need:

4 cups blueberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup butter
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk

What you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix berries, 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Heat on medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture gets thick, approximately 10 minutes.

Stir in butter until it melts.

In a 9" square baking pan, put berries.

In a bowl, mix biscuit mix and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in milk.

Drop spoonfuls on top of the berries.

Bake the fruit cobbler recipe 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown biscuits.
