Berry Fruit Salad

Mmmmm, fresh berries in the summertime; we can never get enough!

This berry fruit salad combines all of the wonderful summer flavors, without adding any extra sugar.

Add this to your brunch recipes!

What you need:

  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • fresh grapes, about 2 handfuls
  • 1 peach, make sure it's ripe! (so it's sweet)
  • 1 ripe plum
  • 1 kiwi fruit (or more, if you feel like it)

What you do:

  • Rinse the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and then the grapes with cold water in a colander, add to a large bowl.
  • Rinse and hull the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters (depending on how big they are), add to bowl.
  • Cut the plums and peaches into bite size pieces, put into the bowl.
  • Peel the banana and kiwi and slice them up, add to bowl and mix everything gently.
