Banana Sushi
This banana sushi recipe is quick to prepare, and one that kids can help make. Plan on at least doubling the recipe - kids just love it! This is one of the tasty banana recipes - and peanut butter recipes - perfect for healthy snacks for kids.
What you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 pieces of bread - whole grain for most nutritional impact
- Peanut butter, OR almond butter, OR chocolate hazelnut spread, OR any other spread you have on hand. You need something to make it stick together.
