Banana Sushi
This banana sushi recipe is quick to prepare, and one that the kids can help make. Plan on at least doubling the recipe- kids just love it. I generally use one banana each, and my boys still ask for more! Guess I'll have to make triple from now on :) What you need: - 1 ripe banana
- 2 pieces of bread, whole grain for most nutritional impact
- Peanut butter, OR almond butter, OR chocolate hazelnut spread, OR any other spread you have on hand. You need something to make it stick together.
