Apple Tart





A tasty apple tart recipe great for family parties or barbecues with friends.

It's one of our favorite apple desserts (and tart recipes!).



What you need:

1 unbaked tart shell
4 apples
3/4 cup sugar mixed with some cinnamon
4 eggs
12 oz can evaporated milk

What you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut apples into 1/2 inch slices. Toss with sugar until coated.

Place in tart shell overlapping.

Whisk eggs and milk in bowl. Pour over apples in shell.

Bake 55 - 60 minutes until golden brown and soft apples.

Leave in pan to cool, then remove.
